I am updating my review. Amazon sent more doorknobs and they were again missing spindles. Amazon could not send just the spindles. I called the company myself and they sent spindles that never showed. I called again and they fedexed the spindles. They could not have been nicer, but it was a bit of a pain. The doorknobs are great quality and beautiful. They are actually easy to install. I would up installing them myself and just followed a youtube video. They lock with a screw in pin. Works like a charm and are fabulous. Would highly recommend and hopefully what happend to me was just a fluke.
