It is an ordinary lock, looking very good on my door. It was easy to install instead of the old one. It came with a positive surprise: there are five keys enclosed instead of usual two. Sometimes it takes a few trials to unlock the latch from inside. Seems like I need to add some grease. It is not a problem at all.2 of the 4 knobs defective. Would like a credit to offset the cost of ordering replacementLove these knobs!! They complete my farmhouse look perfectly. Fabulous and functional!! What more could and interior designer ask for?!?!These are great door handles! They're beautiful and sturdy. Easy to install. I've had them for a few months now and they're still amazing.Replaced front door knobs with this double key to prevent child from opening door and getting out.Color and quality is excellent match with new remodel paint job.Only 5 out of 8 were working. The screws were coming off. I had to purchase three more from the local store and unfortunately it was too much work to take the 5 I had already put on off. Save yourself the hassle and check them before putting them on. Each one is individually boxed but at least then you can return them before you start the work.Great value, easy to install, looks great!Very cheaply manufactured locks. Even the strike plates are about half the thickness of most other locks. At least when compared to the three brands, I compared them to. The screws for the door knob are at minimum (.250 ) 1/4 " shorter than them as well. 1/8" of that being the turned down pilot, that makes them easy to assemble. So difficult to install and cheaply done. That said: they do look nice. Rather than deal with returns. I simply used them for internal doors. Will have to find better quality matched keys for outside doors. Bedrooms, office and fish room all have locks on them now. Not that they needed locks, however they do match now. Better luck next month. :(The product was good but didn’t fit our doors. When I went to return it it was gonna cost about 25 dollars to return it. Good product but make sure it fits before buying it cause returning will cost youThose door knobs are easy to install, they have a nice color and works very well.
